At GAB Healthcare, we are dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all patients, visitors, and staff.
Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity at all times. If you consider that you have been treated unfairly or inappropriately, please as the care navigator to contact the Practice Manager who will be happy to address your concerns.
The practice adopts the NHS Zero Tolerance Policy on abusive / aggressive behaviour including sexual harassment. Shouting and swearing at practice staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances and patients who are abusive may be removed from the patient list. Please help us to help you.
