How does Patient Triage work?

It's easy for patients and practices

Patient Triage is managed by a technology company called accuRx who provide communications software to healthcare providers across the NHS. It can be used for booking an appointment or for any other query.

Patient Triage is recognised by the NHS and has passed the NHS Digital Capabilities assessment and allows registered patients to submit either a medical query or an administrative request to their GP practice.

It is a simple online form which takes a few moments to fill out.

Our opening times for online consultations mirror the normal opening hours of the practice 8am to 6.30pm and we endeavour to reply within 24 hours to any request.
