Extended Access

Evening and Weekend By Appointment Only (This is not a walk in service)

As part of our Primary Care Network, evening and weekend appointments will now be available to all patients at more locations

We may be able to offer you an appointment at the local 'hub' location for that day. This will ordinarily be at either:

  • Whittle Surgery
  • Withnell Health Centre
  • Dr Dawoud’s Surgery
  • Dr Jacobs
  • Leyland Surgery
  • Station Surgery
  • The Surgery Chorley

There, you will be seen by one of the Network's local-based healthcare professionals - the service is led by GPs but also includes other staff such as nurses and healthcare assistants. The staff will have full access to your medical records, ensuring a high quality service. Full details are available by viewing our privacy notice.

If services provided out of hours are not provided by ourselves, the board is responsible for commisioning those services.
